The tranquil beauty and charm of the eastern region of Prince Edward Island is breathtaking. The largest municipality is Three Rivers, which encompasses eight communities, villages and towns. Georgetown is the historic capital and home to the Kings Playhouse, which has been a cultural landmark for more than 130 years.
Among those indigenous to the area, live generational families of farmers, fishers and makers, an Amish community, Buddist monks and nuns as well as new residents from around the world.
“For us, even more beautiful than the island’s landscape, are the hearts of its people. Sincerity, care, selflessness – these qualities shine within every friend and neighbor that we have come across.
