Recruitment Incentives
The Department of Health and Wellness offers a one-time financial incentive of $15,000 for a 3,900 working hour return in service agreement for full time Health PEI positions. Additionally, relocation assistance may be available at the discretion of the Health PEI Hiring Manager for permanent hard-to-recruit positions.

Mental Health & Addictions Redevelopment Project
PEI’s Mental Health and Addictions Services are currently undergoing a redevelopment and expansion and it is anticipated this will include the introduction of new Nurse Practitioner positions over the next five years.
